“When Service and Integrity Matters” — comprehensive inspections for 20 years.
APEX@HOME has been completing comprehensive property inspections for 20 years — on existing and new single-family homes as well as commercial properties. Our inspectors have years of experience in the home building industry, work alongside local county building inspectors, and stay on top of the changes and new technologies entering the industry.
A typical inspection takes 3 to 4 hours. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between, every system is examined in detail for soundness and durability. You’ll be notified of anything that doesn’t pass the full scope of the inspection, and you’ll receive a computer-generated report on completion — a resource you’ll keep for years.
You don’t have to be present, but we highly recommend it. Our inspectors will walk you through the home, point out any concerns, and share maintenance schedules for key components. It’s education as much as inspection.
We adhere to the Code of Ethics and conduct our inspections in compliance with the Standards of Practice of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We are active members of NACHI.

Radon comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water, releasing a radioactive gas into the air you breathe. You can’t see, smell, or taste it. The Surgeon General warns that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer, and the EPA recommends every home be tested — homes testing over 4.0 pCi/L should be fixed. Even very high levels can be reduced to acceptable levels.
Mold is everywhere outdoors, but indoors it should be avoided — it grows wherever spores land on wet surfaces. Mold can trigger allergies, asthma attacks, and irritate eyes, skin, nose, throat, and lungs. The fix: clean up the mold and fix the water problem, or it will come back. Controlling indoor moisture prevents mold growth.
