APEX@HOME is a full-service design/build company based in Colorado, serving homeowners across the Denver Metro from Castle Rock to Brighton. When you contract with us, you receive a detailed list of every inclusion and exclusion of the project — so you know exactly what you’re getting.
We implement your ideas into the floor plans, because every family’s needs are different and unique. And you’ll see the finished product before we build it with our 3D CAD designs, presented during one of our meetings with you.
Most companies meet with you once and hand you a price per square foot without doing any real cost work. Material costs change constantly, and most companies just raise their “price per square foot” to cover themselves. We think that’s a disservice.
After our first meeting, we design your basement in our software and give you a written quote with the square footage and the total cost. You can do the math yourself. Once you’ve experienced our initial service, no other company compares.

Managed to be as unintrusive to your family as possible — you’ll always know what’s happening and when.
Pick from multiple floor plans created for you — combine ideas from any of them. Adjustments can still be made as framing begins and you see the space take shape.
Typically 5–10 days. Wood or steel studs at 16″ centers. Shelving areas and niches added during this phase.
Rough plumbing for bathrooms and bar areas, plus rough electrical — can lights, outlets, switches — and component wiring for home theaters.
Rough frame, plumbing, and electrical inspections completed between weeks 2 and 3.
Hanging, sanding, and texture applied during week 3.
Doors, baseboard, casing, and crown molding in weeks 4–5. Primer and paint sprayed or brushed, with touch-ups into the final week.
LVP or tile for floors, tubs, showers, and fireplaces in weeks 5–6. Carpet scheduled in weeks 7–8.
Cabinets installed weeks 5–6; all plumbing and electrical finish trim in weeks 6–7.
Typical total timeline: 7–12 weeks depending on size and complexity.
